from a long sleep in the wooden aroma.
Limited release of whisky that we attempted to mature in casks before
the launch of Biwako Distillery in 2023.
Our whisky making has started with additional maturation of the pure malt whisky that we defined as mainstream
We matured imported liquor and finished it in the cask of mizunara, sakura, and chestnut, which is going to be limited sales of 1000 bottles for the 2023 edition.
